About Twin Lakes

Twin Lakes' Purpose

The purpose of Twin Lakes Summer Camp is to provide a fun, safe environment where campers learn from the staff to glorify God in every area of life.

It is our goal to make sure that every camper has fun and is safe while at camp. We do this by hiring fun, mature, Christian individuals to serve as staff, following government regulations, with knowledge and consideration of ACA guidelines, and keeping a 3 to 1 camper to staff ratio.

God has created us to glorify Him in all that we do. We share the Gospel with each camper during Morning Assembly, use Scripture to teach about God at each activity, and have each counselor share a morning and evening devotion with the campers.

Twin Lakes Conference Center and Summer Camp has been a ministry of First Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Jackson, Mississippi since 1970.

Our Mission

Twin Lakes was established to provide a center for the spiritual nourishment and physical relaxation for FPC, their families, friends and guests as well as others outside of their church with like motives. The church intends it to also establish programs to further God's kingdom.

Twin Lakes strives to be an outreach by:

Providing a setting for individual churches and parachurch groups to have retreats, conferences and seminars for their spiritual growth.

Providing a Christ centered summer camp experience for children of other churches and communities that is focused on God's word.

Sponsoring conferences and seminars for other churches and parachurch organizations.
