The LEADER IN TRAINING program is designed to challenge youth to be godly leaders and train them to serve others. L.I.T.s are given opportunities to serve within our traditional camp setting at activities, meals, and nightly programs. The outdoor setting provides a backdrop free from distraction, for learning basic Biblical leadership principles.
Being a Leader In Training at Twin Lakes isn’t just another summer role — it’s a chance to grow in Christ, step into leadership, and serve others in meaningful ways.
Grow Spiritually – Deepen your faith through Bible study, prayer, and worship, while learning to live out Christ’s example of servant leadership.
Develop Leadership Skills – Take on real responsibilities that prepare you to guide, support, and care for others.
Build Authentic Community – Form lifelong friendships with peers who share your desire to glorify God and serve others.
Be Challenged and Rewarded – The program is serious and stretching, but filled with joy, fellowship, and lasting impact.
Enjoy Camp Life – Experience the fun of Twin Lakes activities while learning how to help others enjoy them too.
