FAQ

what if I can't work the entire summer?

At Twin Lakes, we want camp to be a place you can be part of—even with a busy life outside of camp. We know you may have other commitments, and we’ll do our best to help you find a role that fits your summer. Some positions require a full-summer commitment, while others offer more flexibility. Not sure how your schedule lines up? Reach out to us—we’re happy to walk through the options with you.

Why Twin Lakes?

At Twin Lakes, we invest in our summer staff by creating a Christ-centered community where the Gospel guides everything we do. Grow in your faith, serve others, and build lifelong friendships with like-minded believers—all while making an eternal impact on campers’ lives.

How does recruitment bonus work?

If you recruit someone to work at Twin Lakes for a full summer you receive $500. If they work half summer it’s $250.  There is no limit to how many you can earn.  Last summer someone made an additional $1750 just from spreading the word!
