




At Twin Lakes, we want camp to be a place you can be part of—even with a busy life outside of camp. We know you may have other commitments, and we’ll do our best to help you find a role that fits your summer. Some positions require a full-summer commitment, while others offer more flexibility. At Twin Lakes, we invest in our summer staff by creating a Christ-centered community where the Gospel guides everything we do. Grow in your faith, serve others, and build lifelong friendships with like-minded believers—all while making an eternal impact on campers’ lives.
If you recruit someone to work at Twin Lakes for a full summer you receive $500. If they work half summer it’s $250. There is no limit to how many you can earn. Last summer someone made an additional $1750 just from spreading the word!
