Dear Twin Lakes Family
Following is some important information about the Twin Lakes Summer Camp program designed to help families make informed decisions as they plan for the summer of 2025.
Monday to Friday Sessions
This summer we are excited to offer three weeks of Monday to Friday overnight camp sessions to provide families with more flexible options as they make their summer plans. As we open registration next week please be mindful of these changes as you begin to register your child for camp. We hope this will address the needs of families who have made this request over the years.
Theme Weeks
We had such a great time incorporating Adventure Week into our schedule last year that we have decided to add another Theme Week this summer. Be on the lookout for Mystery Week, a week full of fun surprises, solving clues, and unique experiences. This means campers will now have the opportunity to experience Fireworks Week, Adventure Week, and Mystery Week, creating lasting traditions along the way.
Horse Program
Beginning this month the horses of Twin Lakes will be moving to a new home. We are excited about the new arrangements and are confident it will provide them with an excellent environment and the specialized care they need. We are delighted to partner with Little Creek Equine and Conference Center to provide care and rest for them, along with continued ministry usage.
No need to worry; horses will not be completely gone from our program. Our partnership with Little Creek Equine and Conference Center includes an opportunity for the horses to participate in camp for our first two sessions. Campers who are interested in horseback riding will have the opportunity to participate in horse activities during Week 1 (June 2-6, 2025) and Week 2 (June 9-13, 2025).
The core of Twin Lakes Camp always has and will continue to be sharing the gospel with campers and helping them grow in their faith. Our hope is to accomplish all of this while having an amazing camp experience. We can hardly wait for all of the fun that summer 2025 will bring.
