Woodside Meeting Room

Sitting atop one of the highest points on the property, just beneath the firetower, the Woodside Dining Hall can serve two purposes – dining and meeting. Due to its large layout, groups can not only eat in this facility, but also have it set up as their meeting room. The Woodside Meeting Room can hold up to approximately 100 people for meetings in addition to being set up for meals. The large deck outside has a beautiful treetop view and is set up with picnic tables for outdoor snacks or meals. This meeting room is perfect for groups who stay in our nearby Woodside Cabins.
The Woodside Meeting Room is equipped with restrooms, a state-of-the-art sound system, gallery window wall, and an impressive stone fireplace for cooler times of year.

You are always encouraged to decorate and set up your meeting spaces in a way that will enhance your group’s experience and make your event even more memorable. When decorating, please keep in mind that we do want to keep all of our facilities in top notch condition and you can help us do that by not using destructive means of decorating. Please do not put any tape on any painted surfaces, do not use duct tape at all, and do not put nails or tacks in the walls, unless approved.
